to remember what is most true.
It matters how life’s most profound rites are prepared for, protected, and integrated.
It matters how we hold our women,
how we hold each other, how we learn to hold ourselves, as we open, excavate and come face to face with our Self.
It matters how Birth penetrates men,
how it summons their indescribable awe, how it inspires their capacity and identity as Father.
It matters how Birth makes initial imprints on children,
and how sibling bonds take form.
It matters how families become.
It matters how
we birth —
our babies, visions, voices, works, self, Life.
